Functieomschrijving
As a Human Resource assistant you will work together with two other HR colleagues.

  • Ensure that the online HR information system and online files, as well as all hard copy files, are complete and fully up to date at all times
  • Process and administer all joiners/leavers, including updating the relevant systems and files accordingly
  • Assist with the onboarding program to make sure all new hires are adequately introduced and informed of all company information, policies, procedures, and guidelines and get to know the people they need to know within the company.
  • Process and administer all sick leaves, guard “Wet Poortwachter” deadlines, and inform the respective managers accordingly
  • Provide input for payroll by updating all mutations, and ensure back up documentation is collected where required
  • Answer easy employee questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, contracts, etc.
  • Prepare all employee correspondence, such as employee contracts, confirmations of changes in terms and conditions, reference letters, and any correspondence with third parties
  • Provide general assistance to the HR Director
Vereisten
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years of HR experience
  • Social and flexible
  • Proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Computer literate (Microsoft office and preferably ADP)
