As a French speaking Logistic Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Planning international transports with a focus on French speaking countries
- Provide adequate service for our clients and stay in direct contact with them
- Ensure efficient and budget handling of shipments
- Check orders, containers and shipments
- Arranging transport - air freight, ocean freight and road freight
- Communicate and create a planning for movers to pack the household
- Responsible for situations and problems with delivery or damaged goods during the shipping process
- Providing detailed customs forms
- Prepare export declarations
- Inform your colleagues about the schedules and planning
- Keeping the logistic database up to date
