Responsibilities as a Executive Assistant:
- In charge of the agenda of the CEO
- Planning group meetings from a small board meeting to a large international meeting. Preparing presentations and ordering lunches if necessary
- Taking minutes during the meetings, collecting relevant documents and making sure all participants receive these in time
- Making travel arrangements for the staff
- Supporting colleagues with the organisation of several events (searching for the proper location, preparing the script and lists of participants)
- Keep the database up to date
